Our Leesburg location provides pickup from Catoctin Elementary, Frederick Douglass Elementary, Sycolin Creek Elementary, Evergreen Mill Elementary, Seldens Landing Elementary, Tolbert Elementary, and Cool Spring Elementary. If your school is not on this list, contact us — we may be able to accommodate additional schools. Berryville families should contact the Berryville location directly to inquire about pickup schools.
On snow days when school is closed, the after school program is also closed. For early dismissals, we adjust pickup times accordingly and will notify parents in advance. We follow Loudoun County Public Schools' schedule for weather-related changes.
Your child should bring their school backpack with homework, a water bottle, a snack from home, and their Taekwondo uniform (dobok) for training. Uniforms can be purchased at the academy if needed.
